Introduction

Service Description: Mint International facilitates money transfers from Canada to Ethiopia for personal and business purposes(at the moment we only serve the personal remittance, no business remittance service).
Agreement: By using our services, you enter into a legal agreement with Mint International under these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
Identity Verification: You must provide accurate information and complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, including submitting valid identification and proof of address.

Use of Service

Permitted Use: Our services are for lawful money transfers. You must not use them for any illegal purposes, including fraud, money laundering, or terrorism financing.

Restrictions:

Do not misrepresent your identity or use another person’s account.
Do not transfer money for prohibited goods or services.

Transaction Terms

Exchange Rates: Exchange rates are displayed at the time of the transaction and are subject to market fluctuations. Rates may vary depending on the delivery method.
Fees: Fees are disclosed upfront before confirming the transaction. Mint International is not responsible for additional charges imposed by banks or intermediary institutions.
Processing Time: Most transactions are processed promptly. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as regulatory checks or bank processing times.

Security and Privacy

Data Protection: Your personal information is processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Secure Transactions: We use industry-standard encryption and fraud prevention measures to secure all transactions.

Compliance with Laws
